Incase of a tree felling / cutting / trimming service, we shall not be liable for any permissions to be obtained from the local authorities, incase or otherwise that we have been commissioned to do so. Work will resume only the permission has been handed over to the landscape firm.

Booking Policy

All payments done through the website / app will be through safe channels and any payment discrepancies will be followed upon through the said channels.

Our booking policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience for our customers. Upon making a reservation, a full deposit is required to secure the booking. Cancellations of reservation made 10 hours before the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the booking amount. Please contact us directly for further details regarding our booking policy.
We recommend scheduling appointments at least one week in advance to guarantee availability. Our team will confirm your appointment via email or phone call, and provide an estimated arrival time. In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment. Refund Policy

Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction while also protecting the integrity of our products. We accept returns within 10 days of delivery for items that are unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Returns must be accompanied by the original packaging and any accompanying accessories. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or significantly different from the product description provided.
